After hosting a wide variety of client events across the Kansas City metro and seeing the same ol’ boring snacks and appetizers served on repeat, Paige knew there had to be a way for her clients to serve snacks as fun and exciting as her creative craft cocktails. 

After researching throughout Kansas City and beyond, Paige was unable to find a single concept as inspiring as she imagined, so she decided to create one! That’s whereThe Snickety Snack Bar got its start as Kansas City’s FIRST mobile snack bar: a concept that feeds you and your guests a fun, creative, and satisfying snack experience—with or without the KC Cocktail Company drink experience.

Our mobile snack bar set up is perfect for any event, large or small. Weddings, parties of all types, and corporate events alike will enjoy the multiple bar options ranging from a Sweet & Salty Bar or Mashed Potato Bar to a Mini Pancake Bar your guests won’t soon forget. And if you don’t see a snack setup you love, we are open to suggestions so you can create your own!
